They are formed around a new technology or breakthrough process that has the potential for a very large market. These businesses go through the same stages as other startups, but often at a faster pace which can entail equity investment and rapidly changing employment needs.
Company Requirements:
- Innovation-led (defined above) or organizations that exist specifically to support them
- Startup or growth-stage (defined here)
- Located in the Kansas City metro
- Less than 250 employees
Other allowable job postings are organizations hiring positions specifically to connect with the entrepreneur community such as an entrepreneur-in-residence.
