Startland News is excited to announce the launch of Kansas City Community Builders to Watch — a limited feature series recognizing a curated group of Kansas Citians with exceptional stories of community impact, honored for their work to build a Kansas City where entrepreneurs, innovators, makers, creatives, risk-takers, leaders, learners, teachers, and builders thrive together.
An independent panel of community judges will determine finalists — and ultimately honorees — from a public call for nominations. The nomination deadline is Sept. 22.
Nominations can be submitted below. Startland News will announce its inaugural class of honorees during a reporting special this fall with the help of community partners at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, Fishtech Group, Google Fiber, and Plexpod.
