We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as our first Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our products. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of that process.
Responsibilities:
-Helping customers complete their account setup and implementation.
-Ensure a smooth adoption of the product.
-Solve arising customer problems in a timely manner.
-Enhance user engagement with educational materials and contextual onboarding flows.
-Leverage feedback for continuous improvement of the onboarding process.
-Work with the customer success team to build strong relationships with existing users.
Work with the sales and product teams to identify areas of opportunity for our clients.
Experience with Monday.com (or similar PM software), Salesforce, Gmail suite, Slack and excel.
