Join us for the KCVR Hackathon! The event is being sponsored by Oculus, Mozilla Foundation, and Pulse Design Group.
Come hang out with us July 15 – July 17 at the Google Fiber Space in Kansas City. Tickets are FREE, food will be provided, and we will provide resources (hardware and development tools) to get you started! Local educators will be in attendance to help teams brainstorm topics, ideas, and solutions for common problems.
Educators are often left with complicated problems in the classroom. More often than not, these are problems that could be solved or alleviated with the use of technology. With the rapidly growing impact and importance of virtual reality, let’s work together to find solutions that could help educators and students.
THE GOAL:
The goal for you and your team will be to create a virtual reality / augmented reality application that can benefit educators and students. Prizes will be awarded to the best presented solutions at the end of the hackathon!
