Growing the Social Good

To answer that question nearly 20 people met during the 3rd session of the iKC: The Unconference Event held two days ago at Union Station. The notes from that session are available in this publicly viewable Word document.

A key outcome of our meeting was that the question can’t be addressed in a single meeting, and it’s too important a subject to remain on the shelf between conferences. We need to move from having discussions to taking action. The 1st of those actions is a this follow up planning meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is to frame the problem and gauge interest in Kansas City virtually participating in the 2014 Mashable/UNDP Social Good Summit in September. (Sep 21st & 22nd).
