We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at KYNY Group. As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support the leadership team and assist with the smooth operation of our company. This is a high-impact role that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reports
– Act as the first point of contact for executives, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
– Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
– Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences
– Manage and maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion
– Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and increase efficiency
– Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, supporting C-level executives
– Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
– Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
– Experience coordinating and planning events is a plus
