It isn’t necessarily an official clue, but one of the many easter eggs tucked within MrBeast’s just-premiered “Million Dollar Puzzle” features a Kansas City plot twist: the “epic” cut of Cheyenne Jolene’s pop-pounding single “Juice.”

Launched as part of a Salesforce ad with more than 100 million Super Bowl viewers, the commercial challenges savvy audience members to be the first to find the key to $1 million hidden within the frenetic 30-second TV spot (co-starring Slackbot, the AI assistant built into the Slack platform).
Layered in the ad’s audio: the trailerized version of a track written and first sung by Jolene in Kansas City.
“It wasn’t a surprise, but my approach was definitely, ‘I’ll believe it when I see it,” she said of her song’s global debut, noting she gathered family members at her home Sunday night in anticipation of the big game’s commercial premiere.

As of 2 p.m. Monday, more than 70 million people had signed up via QR code to enter the “Million Dollar Puzzle” challenge, with competitors poring through the video on a loop looking for clues presented by Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, the world’s biggest YouTube creator with 150 million-plus subscribers and the billionaire philanthropist behind the viral “Beast Games” series on Amazon Prime.
“It hasn’t fully settled in my spirit how many people have now heard the song because of the commercial,” said Jolene, who also performs as BodaciousThang. “It’s the Super Bowl, and on top of that, it’s Salesforce; it’s MrBeast.”
“My brain hasn’t fully computed all the layers, but it feels good,” she continued. “When I was a student at Paseo Academy, being super shy, and soft spoken, I would have never envisioned that a song I wrote (along with my team) would be on a Super Bowl commercial. It just goes to show, perseverance wins every time.”
Jolene began work on “Juice” last spring in Kansas City before taking the project to songwriter and producer Ryan Short‘s home studio in Pasadena, California, to be refined for its final cuts. The track was among several open-ended creations the duo was producing to shop around to industry buyers.
Around the same time, another collaborator of Jolene’s was helping launch Magnetic Music Group, a boutique agency syncing creators’ works with projects in need of their artistry.
“He wanted to pitch Juice for TV shows, commercials, other projects, so we handed it over to him around September,” Jolene said. “The next thing you know, we hear it’s going to be in a commercial. This wasn’t written for the Super Bowl or MrBeast; it just aligned with the tides.”

Jolene’s music is no stranger to television; she’s been writing consistently for TV since 2020. Prior to Super Bowl Sunday, her work had found its widest audience through placements on Netflix’s “Love Is Blind.”
“I’m never bored of hearing my music on TV,” Jolene told Startland News previously.
But balancing life in Kansas City with West Coast demands remains a challenge after she returned to the metro (mostly full time) from Los Angeles in 2025, she said.
“There’s family life, studio time, traveling, and performances (as BodaciousThang),” Jolene said. “I was reeling in the beginning, but now that I’m more settled in Kansas City, it’s become more about time management, spending more time paying attention to my Excel spreadsheets and calendar.”

Most of Jolene’s focus remains on studio work — and she’d love to see “Juice” used in additional formats after its MrBeast run — but live shows remain an inescapable passion, she said.
A recent show at The Ship in Kansas City’s West Bottoms helped showcase her range as a creative force, Jolene said, noting she’d love to hit more stages across the city, as well as internationally.
“My performances as BodaciousThang are definitely more artist-forward and edgy; whereas studio work tends to be more for commercial and mainstream audiences,” she said. “That’s definitely a different voice, but it’s still mine; just tied to my artistry in a different way.”

As views continued to rack up Monday for MrBeast’s commercial — more than a million in the first 18 hours with no winner announced — Jolene voiced appreciation for her collaborators, family and the opportunity itself.
“It was a really beautiful moment for me,” she said.
