Take your unique talents in design, architecture, finance, the classroom, project management, or ukulele playing, and apply them to the problems that 5 area school system leaders will pitch to you and other attendees to solve in just 24 hours.
Initial school system pitches will take place Friday evening, January 29th, with attendees then working on solutions until the evening of January 30th, when final solutions will be unveiled.*

SCHEDULE:
Friday, January 29
5-6 PM: Dinner + networking
6-7 PM: Introductions + Problem pitches
7-8 PM: Team formation and crash course in Lean Lab’s Innovation Framework
*Building will be open to teams overnight.
Saturday, January 30
8 AM: Breakfast and Welcome
9 AM-12 PM: Teams work on designing solutions
12 PM: Lunch + feedback
1-4 PM: Teams continue working on solutions, prepare pitch
4-5 PM: Solutions pitches
5-6 PM: Close out + networking with school system leaders
