About a year ago, leaders in Kansas City’s coworking industry banded together in an alliance to bring awareness to their trade.
The Kansas City Coworking Alliance has grown as a catalyst in the area startup community, promoting independent collaborative working among entrepreneurs and remote workers. Comprised of 10 studios around the metro, the group is now gearing up for Kansas City Coworking Week, which affords those interested in coworking with the opportunity to explore area options for free.
But to provide a taste of what the coworking experience is like before the weeklong offering, nine area coworking studio owners sat down to discuss their work, coworking trends and common misconceptions. Listen to the conversation below. Enjoy!
Participants in the conversation are:
Melissa Saubers, Cowork Waldo
Larissa Uredi, The Device Shops
Xander Winkel, Ennovation Center
